THE VOTES HAVE BEEN TALLIED, WE HAVE A NEW BULLY OF THE WEEK

WEEK 3 YEAR 2011 BULLY OF THE WEEK!

WINNER JARED LEE LOUGHNER, WHO IS ACTUALL A MAJOR LOSER.  THE POOR SOUL HAS NOW DOUBLED UP, HAVING JUST WON OUR BULLY OF THE MONTH AWARD.
This is no laughing matter.  What loughner did is not only indiscribable, it's also unfathomable and excrutiatingly unacceptable.  I can't even explain why we live in a world where things like this happen, it's too cruel for my mind to wish to comprehend. 
I just hope that the victims of this monster and their families are doing their best to handle the unfortunate circumstances in stride.  My heart goes out dearly to all of you in this difficult time.  You'll pull through, just keep in mind that your fate can be much, much, better than you're probably witnessing right now.
