Fireworks in the Courtroom as Prosecution asked to test father of Casey as also the father of Kaylee

The Judge wasn't happy with the Defense attorney's decision to request a paternity test for the father and brother of Casey.   Judge reminded the attorney that he is not to make such requests without first contacting law enforcement -- he also referred him to several statutes that focus on GOOD FAITH law defense, a real slap in the face to him, but posing no major threat to the strength of the defense.
All this before the lunch recess til 1:30.  Let's see what happens next..
