Tebow goes GQ just in time for the new jets season!

Tim Tebow is looking hotter than ever in the nfl gear but in the August issue of GQ , he takes it 9 yards down the field with a shirtless pose that some are saying is resembling  "jesus"!! Tebow brings the christian element to the sport and team with openess and candid joy.. He is an icon and uses his media presence for his christian faith, which is in short supply today among atheletes. Tebow stands out!! He has poise and what seems to be endless patience on and off the field and especially with "cameras" and "media" in his "grill". How could this man be so "genuine" , so  " calm" , so "perfect" in his model.!! He commanded the show as a Bronco and QB and i think he's bringing so much to his game here in NY with the Jets. He apparently has blended in with other notable talent like Mark Sanchez,  and to his credit there seems to be a seamless and relaxed vibe. NY is a tough town..and the Jets a hard as nails team. You don't get the love in NY..You get the "finger" and "forgedda bout it".. Tebow has brought some real "class" i must admit. I've been known to have a few favorite QB's in my day going back to Dan Marino and more recently I've been rooting for Tom Brady and the patriots. You just can't deny Tom cred for all the superbowl wins as a young QB star and he is still delivering excitement year after year! There are a new "brood" of younger QB's that are strutting their stuff though.. and it appears that the Good looking, man of faith, Tim Tebow is making his "mark" on the NFL with high Style points!! His rockin GQ photo op is no doubt going to add a layer of buzz as some of the Jets fan are most certainly female.. or celeb females who will "flock" , trust me.. to see Tebow in action as the season revs up!!  Did it all begin with Tebow's appearance in the superbowl commercial with his mom as a christian who made a choice for life!!  Tebow is "living proof" that the doctors can and do get it wrong! There are challenges to our faith but we must follow our hearts and jesus!  I am a fellow christian and have been since a young child. I know that christianity is cause for discrmination and sometimes even "hate crimes" result against men and women who take their faith to their "sport" or "career". Many times it ends badly as bullies come out of nowhere to "smackdown" a christian's faith and determination. After all a christian who stands and survives against adversity is one who deserves our respect. Tebow has "earned" respect on and off the grid and even "crossed over" into a "model" like magic in the GQ august edition! No matter the criticism , the doubters have to back down and give Tebow his due. I have a very attractive son who is a professional model and actor and i know up close and personal , that it is not an easy career. It takes enormous strength of character to be in front  of the camera at any moment! It takes a special guy who can manage "media attention" as Tebow seems to be a "natural" at doing ,  for the many papparazzi moments that he thrust on him.. he is passing the "test" and the "fishbowl" of NY.. He has tasted the adversity and this writer thinks he has risen above!  Maybe even as "jesus rises". ?? There is no greater challenge for a christian, than to take the word of  God and your personal faith and put it into practice and "live" your testimony as Tebow has done with masterful success!! I'm sure my son, who is equally as worthy and equally as equipped as a man of faith, would love a GQ cover for himself one day! I mean do have to play NFL sports to get a cover "shoot" like that??  I guess we can all agree that Tebow is Blessed and with those good "model" looks. I congratulate Tebow on his upcoming season with the Jets.. and I know I am not alone in sharing his "christian faith". More QB's could amplify this message. Another QB who comes to mind was Kurt Warner. A family man and  a christian, Kurt earned his " respect" too. It's amazing how just one man in the spotlight, can influence a team and even an entire "next gen". To all of those who have "courage" and spirit for your faith, I  support you and I know many fans do!! The GQ cover shot.. well that's just icing on the cake!
