Yep, it's time to vote so we can unvail the new Bully of the Week.  The popular choice is Jared Lee Loughner, that's not even a real person though, that's a disgusting wild animal.  I mean, cmon, to do what he did, it's practically indescribable, and his soul is now banished to hell for some time.  What an a-hole.
