scotland fights back with "greener homes"

Hello folks,  a second article about sustainable homes today. As mentioned in the previous article, Scotland is facing fuel poverty in one fourth of its existing homes. It is a sad fact and one that reminds us that here in the USA we are fighting rising costs of energy and fuel as well. The good news is that scotland now has hope with "greener homes".
