It's coming up to another event of  holiday bliss and the goose is getting fat!  What a timely christmas edition i have for you today.! Ebeneezer Scrooge can't even "touch this".. What could be better than to share a story about a mom to be at the time of the christmas story of baby jesus! This is the orginal royal christmas story and "then there were three". There is nothing that compares to motherhood or fatherhood than a royal baby on the way!  As we remember the sacred gift of baby jesus at christmas, we share our love and congratulations to the royal couple, prince william and princess kate as they have announced that kate is pregnant and  expecting her first  child. What better time than now to have this happy and life-changing news for the fairytale that began with these two students and young royals  at St. Andrews. Prince William has been visiting the hospital , St. James, where Princess Kate is getting treatment for her severe symptoms of morning sickness. The sacrifices a mother makes, whether a princess or not, the sacrifices of the father, whether a prince or not, is the sign of a couple growing together , evolving and putting the "gift" of life first. As Prince William stated in recent interviews, he and kate were "keen" on starting a family. It all seems like a storybook read when these young royals started out as art students in a world that few of us can relate to. A world of royal coaches, layers of mystery and time -honored rituals. A world of  history , chilvary, castles and knights, fair maidens and scandel. A world of public service and sweet surrender..William, the man has proven his skills as a highly educated prince who also pilots helicopters , rescues commoners and carries on the good name of his mother, princess diana, his father prince charles and the royal family. He has embedded his charm in all of us as his love for his princess has grown and we were all captured by the magic of the royal wedding. Princess Kate,
complete with her own individual gifts , has moved to the center of the media and mastered the many challenges of a new princess. Her enthusiam and perfect style has brought her recognition , even in the royal circles, where she is welcomed and accepted as a special princess. The Queen, Elizabeth, herself , seems very enamored by Princess Kate's spontenaeity and poise. Princess Kate has shown her remarkable flexibiity and has taken even princess Diana's role as the peoples princess to a new level. How Kate shines ! Prince william must be caught in her spell as he shares the journey of a special life of a royal. Now this christmas will hold a special meaning for Kate and William. The  first child will carry on the legend as the next king or queen of england and the child is the "hope" of a new "england". As we make ready for celebrations of the "christ child" and christmas brings us all the closer to the meaning of life.. of God's love, of the voices of angels in choirs and shining alters of historic churches where we have a bond of spiritual and flesh as one ,we rejoice!
I envision a royal cradle where the princess and prince will have their baby in the palace and the story of  "three" comes full circle. Joining the royal family tree history, this child will be gifted and bring honor to his parents. Though priviledged , these young royals have shown maturity, self-discipline and charity in all matters of the royal spotlight. They have carried on the duties that are essential for prince and princess roles but at the end of the day, they are human, mortal and need what we all need.
As jesus unites us in faith and the story of the manger and Mother Mary is in our hearts and minds, it is royally fitting , that the prince and princess have created life and will enjoy a christmas this year that will forever be the bond of their loyalty . Their love illuminates the world and is a model to all young men and women who share a dream , of royal blood or common blood.  Life is a most amazing miracle ! A child , the evidence of deep love and union. As the royal marriage continues, the magic and mystic grow as the royal family grows. A child so wanted and cherished is a child most blessed. A child is a "gift" of god and there is no better role than that of mother and father.  Will the baby be a famous artist? sharing the love of art as the young royals have studied? Will the baby grow to pilot helicopters as Prince William has?  Will he or she love skiing as Princess Diana loved to ski with her boys? Will he or she contribute something entirely different to the royal family? Amidst the priviledge , will the child live a life of service and honor ? and one day this child may be wed to carry on the legend of parents who fell in love and the world was "turned", we in america fell in love with the "royals" and here at succinct news , we are anticipating a glorious day for the baby's birth. We congratulate the royal couple and know there is no better christmas story than the one that becomes "personal" with the birth of a child. Celebrate life! The royal palace is alive with the trimmings and tidings of christmas! Sound the trumpets! Prince William and Princess Kate are making a new chapter in the book of life , and then "there were three". What will be the "babies" favorite book as he or she starts life as a royal and model to the world! How thrilling is life, with no limits.
