hello halloween and spookster fans.. succinct news wants to party with a cast of characters  tonite..so.. with that being the priority..Please check on the link for a celeb who is going "green"..The rock is under all that "green paint"...as the "incredible hulk"..and those muscles.. they dont seem to be paint by number muscles.. folks..
